DIVINE ACTIVITY

April, 2014

“Then he led out his people like sheep and guided them in the wilderness like a flock. He led them in safety, so they were not afraid, but the sea overwhelmed their enemies” (Ps 78:52-53 ESV).

Divine ActivityPastorKeith

Our Lord Jesus when He saw the multitude saw them as sheep having no shepherd. He saw their situation and understood it completely and was moved with compassion. He said to his disciples, Give you them to eat. In other words, He was directing the disciples to do something about a current situation. He was actively compassionate toward people as He saw them as they truly were.

God’s compassion reaches into your life as you really are, not as you think you are.

God’s compassion leads Him to activity. God’s compassion compels Him to become directly involved in your life; to the point He interjects himself into your life in an awe-inspiring way.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (Jn 3:16).

As we strive to “live the life” unto Christ; may we be extremely active in our daily walk with the world around us—that the whole world may see of His glory.

In His service,
